Atty. Yan is a senior legal and governance advisor whose work bridges law, strategy, and organizational decision-making. Prior to private practice and consulting, she served as a Court Attorney at the Court of Appeals of the Philippines, with assignments in both Cebu and Manila. In this role, she worked closely with Associate Justices on complex civil, criminal, and labor cases contributing to legal analysis, deliberations, and the drafting of resolutions on appeal.
Her earlier experience includes private legal practice at Gulapa & Ismael, where she advised clients on corporate matters, projects and infrastructure, banking, intellectual property, and litigation. She also served as a Court Decongestion Officer at the Regional Trial Court of Cebu City, supporting judicial reforms aimed at improving institutional efficiency and case management.

Toy is a strategy and operations consultant with extensive experience in organizational systems, quality management, and execution discipline. He began his career in the information technology sector, focusing on sales and IT infrastructure solutions, before transitioning into senior managerial roles overseeing operations, facilities, and administration for large organizations.
Over time, his work evolved toward consulting and organizational development, with a strong focus on family businesses and SMEs. He has led and supported initiatives in strategic planning, operational excellence, quality management systems, and performance improvement—helping organizations translate strategy into structured, executable systems.
Toy brings hands-on exposure across a wide range of industries, including BPO, mining, security, merchandising, services, education, and software development in the Philippines. Known for his ability to build teams, design practical systems, and foster positive work environments, he helps organizations align people, processes, and performance.
