With over two decades of leadership experience spanning BPO, education, and diverse industries across the Philippines, he helps family businesses and SMEs build scalable, ISO-ready systems that translate strategy into sustainable operational results. His expertise was developed through senior operational roles including leading support services for a 7,000-employee BPO enterprise with 40,000+ square meters of facilities, and managing five service clusters as Assistant Vice President for Administration at an international school system. He has successfully supervised large-scale facility construction, passed multiple PCI-DSS audits, and built operational teams and systems from the ground up. Toy leads engagements in Operational Excellence, Strategic HR Management, and QMS-driven strategy execution. Known for his ability to design practical systems, build high-performing teams, and foster positive work environments, he helps organizations align people, processes, and performance.
